REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued only to the original payee and must be requested in writing.
Refund Schedule Based on Class Start Date:
More than 60 days before class start: Full refund.
- 15 to 60 days before class start: 50% refund.
- 14 days or fewer before class start: No refund.
Alternative Option:
You may apply 100% of the amount paid to a future class, provided it is taken within one year of the original payment date.
If We Cancel a Class:
You are entitled to a full refund, unless you have already received class materials. If materials have been received, you may reschedule for any future class instead.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- After you have received and registered your software
- After you have received your digital class materials
- After class equipment has been delivered
- For clinical evaluations
- For class equipment (once delivered)
- Deposits are non-refundable based on the same terms above
By proceeding with your purchase or registration, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
RESTOCKING FEE
For returns not due to defects or our error, a 15% restocking fee (calculated on the original purchase price) will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies unless otherwise specified.
CURRENCY
All refunds are issued in U.S. funds only.
